What date should I RSVP by?

We will need your online RSVP by Friday, April 5th, 2024. If you need to make any changes after this date due to unforeseen circumstances, please email us at TheFutureHavelkas@gmail.com to make adjustments.

Is there a dress code for the wedding ceremony/reception?

The dress code for our wedding is "Garden Party/Summer Cocktail Attire". We encourage fun/pastel colors, florals, and lighter fabrics suitable for our outdoor cocktail hour. Suit jackets not necessary.

Where is the wedding venue located?

The address of our venue (Addison Woods) is 1245 Pruitt Road, The Woodlands, TX 77380. It is located less than 5 minutes off of the West side of I-45 between The Woodlands and Spring, TX.

What hotel accommodation should I book?

We recommend our guests book their hotel stay at The Westin at the Woodlands (about 10 minutes North of our event venue). We have a block rate of $209/night with them if booked by 4/15/2024 using the link on the Travel tab. Additional reduced rate options are listed in the second link provided on that page.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend guests arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes prior (by 5:15pm) to the ceremony in order to have time to park and find a seat in the chapel.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

While the venue is very close to several hotels and major travel routes, we recommend our guests use rideshare options to get to and from the wedding venue if you choose to utilize our open bar. There is plenty of parking if you choose to drive, but the venue discourages leaving your vehicle overnight. Rideshare assistance options will be offered at the end of the night for those who need it.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors at Addison Woods, and the cocktail hour will take place on their veranda/outdoor lawn (barring poor weather, in case we will hold cocktail hour within the reception hall).
