CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests are able to change or cancel their reservation 6:00pm 7 days prior to arrival. Any Cancellations or Changes made after 6:00pm 7 days Prior to Arrival will result in cancellation penalty of 1st night charged to individual card on file.

Cut Off Date:

On 20-June-2023, 6:00pm, we will release the unused portion of the block. Please be sure to reserve your room prior to that date to be honored with the group discounted rate.

If the group rate is not available after the cut-off date, due to space and rate availability, the prevailing Best Flex rate will apply for any reservations confirmed after this date. Room Type Requests will be accepted on an availability basis. Rollaway beds are available based on availability for selected rooms at $10.00 per night.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

A valid credit card will be provided from each individual for each reservation to pay for the room, tax, and incidentals at the time of check-in. A valid Credit Card and ID must be presented at check-in.

If Individuals are paying for all guest room, tax, and incidentals charges, the guests Credit Card will be authorized for Room & Taxes + 20% for Incidentals. If the guest is responsible for only Incidental Charges, the guest's Credit Card will be authorized for $50.00. Guests Bank may take up to 14 days to release authorization. The hotel is not responsible for any fees incurred due to authorization.

If a debit card is used, funds are immediately removed from the bank account and may take up to 14 business days to be released. Guests without a credit card must pay for the entire room charges in addition to placing a $300.00 cash deposit at check-in. No Gift Cards or Prepaid Cards are accepted.
