Weather permitting, there will be an outdoor cocktail hour. The walkway is paved through the grass.

Cocktail attire (the wedding party will be in emerald green). We do encourage bold colors - think jewel tones.

While we love your kids, we kindly ask that they skip this event. If childcare is an issue, please let us know in your RSVP that they will be attending so that we can have a proper count for seating and catering.

We will have two shuttles going to and from some nearby hotels and the venue. The shuttles are not required to be full to run. They will be running at the beginning and end of the night. Please DO NOT drink and drive. There is limited parking at the venue, but we encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttles if possible.

There will be an open beer/wine bar and cash bar for all other alcoholic beverages. We will have iced tea and water at no cost.

We ask for no phones or cameras out during the ceremony, but during the reception feel free to take and post (and share with us) photos! We plan to share the professional photos we receive online.
