Most of you know the story of how we met... he walked into the doctor's office with both of his parents and left with a date... and that's it! The rest is history.

However, you may not know the full story of when we got engaged.

Caleb got the ring in May. He had planned to propose the weekend of the PBR in Nashville which is in August (I once had a dream to get engaged on the bridge downtown). He had arrangements for a photographer to take pictures and catch us on the bridge as he got down on one knee!! Sounds perfect, right? Until he decided to tear his meniscus and ACL. His surgery was scheduled for August so due to him not being able to get down on one knee after having his leg sliced open... he decided to change the plans and shift everything up with the help of my sweet siblings. Jordan found the photographer, Michael set up the roses and champagne on the beach and BOOM, you have the perfect set up.

BUT there was one more thing that happened. I unknowingly ripped my pretty red nails off the day before because they kept getting stuck in my hair.... knowing I had voiced my desire to have my nails done for when I got engaged, you would've thought this was the straw that broke the camel's back. He was ADAMENT about my nails being painted, so what did he do? He painted my nails the night before he proposed.

So I say all this to say... I love this man and I cannot wait to be his WIFE!
