The actual wedding ceremony will take place Saturday, October 12, 2024, around 5:30pm CST. Since many people will be traveling long distances to attend, we have blocked off the venue from Friday October 11th until October 13th.

The dress code is "Farm Formal." Think dressy casual, but comfortable. Your clothing can be similar in style to what you might wear to a wedding requesting cocktail or beach formal attire. Slacks and linen pants with a dress shirt, or a summer suit, will easily check off all the "farm formal" boxes. Vest and tie are optional. Your footwear is where the biggest differences emerge. You may be walking on deep patches of dirt or rough terrain. Skip the heels in favor of stylish boots or comfortable flats you don't mind getting dirty. NO JEANS. NO SNEAKERS.

Due to the limited number of guests we are allowed to have for this small ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain from assuming you bring an additional guest unless you've been explicitly invited to do so by Tracy and Alex.

We have blocked out Starhill Farms accommodations for the nights of October 11th and October 12th, with a scheduled checkout on October 13th. Availability and space there are very limited so please reach out to Tracy or Alex for an update on what is available. You can also check out the Travel section of this site in order to see various possible accommodations near Starhill.

Starhill Farms is about equidistant from both major airports Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, TX and George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, TX. Starhill Farms is about 1hr 30 minutes from Austin's Airport or 1hr 40 minutes from Houston's airport. Arriving to Starhill Farms will require a car, whether that's rented, purchased, or an Uber/Lyft. If you're arriving on a specific date and would potentially like to offer a carpool situation, please let Tracy and Alex know (at least a few weeks in advance) and they can check if others arriving at the same time/date can accommodate you.

Please let us know if you have any serious allergies we should be aware of. Food will consist of options that contain, fish, vegetables, wheat, and dairy. There will also be a vegan option.
