Where do all of the events take place?

All events including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance are all located on site.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Pending the weather, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the dinner and dance will be indoors. There will be tables and chairs set up outside for you to enjoy as well. Please dress accordingly as October weather is hit or miss... There will be different lawn games and multiple fire pits set up to be utilized as well.

Is there parking on site?

Yes. There is a limited amount of parking on site (80 cars). Please consider utilizing the shuttle from one of the hotels or carpooling with others. If you plan on drinking, please come prepared with a sober ride or take the shuttle. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Overnight parking is not available. Vehicles left overnight may be towed. There is a wedding planned for Saturday the 12th and we do not want to interrupt someone else's special day.

Where can we stay?

Please visit the "travel" tab for more information. It was recommended to book early as rooms book up quickly during this time of the year

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. We have to provide the venue and our vendors an exact number of guests attending by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP by August 31st 2024.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. If you are late, we ask that you do not take a seat to avoid interrupting the ceremony. You may watch from a distance or walk over to the directed reception building.

Can I bring a plus one or individuals not listed on the invitation?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can we bring our kids?

While we love your kiddos, we kindly ask that only individuals formally listed on the invite attend the wedding. We encourage parents to use this evening as a "date night".

Can I take pictures?

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away/silenced during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our day. We would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that special moment. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you would like!

What should I wear?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Remember, you may be on camera! The wedding ceremony is outdoors on the lawn. Please choose your footwear accordingly.

What food will be served at the wedding?

Dinner consists of Italian crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy (GF), brick house baked beans (GF, DF), caesar salad, and a dinner roll. A late night snack(s) will also be available.

Will there be a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle to/from the 4 hotels where rooms are blocked (see travel tab). The shuttle will pick up at each hotel prior to the ceremony and will drop off at the end of the night.

What time will the shuttle come?
