Long Island-home of a Bills fan named Bekah, a Chiefs fan named Alex, and one mom’s hilarious prophecy. His mom’s parting words? “Don’t go falling in love with a girl in NY.” Spoiler alert: shes now Team Bekah’s fan club president, especially since the grandkids arrived in Kansas!

Looking back, Bekah and Alex meeting seems like the work of fate, but it wasn’t long before they built a friendship. Who knew sharing work goals could coexist with team rivalry? Chiefs and Bills banter, water cooler debates, and friendly bets became the norm (Alex might have had to wear a Bills jersey to work once…). Little did they know, amidst the touchdown cheers and field goal groans, they were cooking up a love story that would rival any rom-com.

Fast forward to February 15th, 2023 the day when this awesome pair said, Lets do this! With just the kids and a couple close friends, they eloped. Because why not add a dash of adventure to life’s playbook?

Then came Alex’s dream promotion – a ticket to Kansas, his hometown, with the whole gang in tow – Bekah, Alex, Kayden, and Chloe.
