YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS
We've Got Answers
When do I need to RSVP by?
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the given date on your invitation (February 15th, 2025), we will assume you are unable to attend and you will be marked as "not attending".
We must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner.
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending". If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd. please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be on your invitation envelope.
For example, if you have a plus one, it will be listed as "Mr, / Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP using the QR code you will see if you have a plus one. We want everyone to share in the celebration & this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family.
Are children allowed?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be child free besides those participating in the wedding.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, we'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us for our big day! Dress code is Semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Please no casual attire; i.e. jeans, t-shirts, flip flops.
Are there colors that I should avoid?
We kindly ask that you avoid any purples, greens, & colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, & creams).
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There is parking on site with signs guiding you to the designated parking area. The venue will also have a golf cart service to shuttle you to the ceremony area.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Our ceremony & reception is outside, but cocktail hour will be held inside the stable space that surrounds the courtyard where the ceremony & reception are being held.
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please arrive early enough to avoid traffic, park, shuttle to the ceremony, & take a seat before the ceremony begins.
Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones & cameras be put away & turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives & we'd hate to have a phone/camera blocking those moments for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want & share them with us!
Are you accepting gifts/cards at the wedding?
You are more than welcome to bring a gift/card, but it is not expected! However we would prefer you to purchase a registry item or donate to our honeymoon fund. Anything is appreciated! Please note if you do bring a gift/card to the wedding there will be a table labeled.
