The Meeting: Jonathan & Alexa’s love story began on April 28, 2018, in a romantic place called Harrahs, Atlantic City! At the time, neither of them knew that the other was a frequent visitor of Harrahs (Lex as recent as a week before). However, this night was different, as their paths likely shouldn’t have crossed. After being introduced to one another, there was an immediate connection. After a long night filled with a lot of laughter and maybe a little Titos, the pair would be on their way to forever as they begin their journey!

Something’s Brewing: The two had their first date on May 10, 2018 at their now favorite restaurant, Campania. They sat at the bar where they drank, ate, and laughed for hours, which felt like minutes. To present - the only spot they will sit at in the restaurant, forever. After a few months of dating Jonathan asked Alexa to be his girlfriend on August 4, 2018.

The Proposal: On December 2, 2023 - 5 years, 7 months, and 4 days after the meeting followed by dating, 1 police academy, 3 years of nursing school, 1 global pandemic, and 24 hours before a 7 day trip to Vegas (where Alexa thought she would be proposed to at the Grand Canyon) Jonathan took Alexa to brunch with a view of the New York Skyline at the Liberty House in Jersey City where he proposed to Alexa. Overwhelmed with joy, another chapter of their love was beginning!

Happily Ever After: This is the unwritten chapter, which begins on March 1, 2025. The beginning of a new chapter to A Forever Love Story. To be continued..

Fun Fact: Do you believe in the “red string theory”? Alexa & Jonathan’s paths have crossed on numerous occasions as they were growing up. From having been at the same BBQs, sweet 16s, and other celebrations without actually meeting, to being at the same bar with the same group of friends 1 week prior to their actual introduction.
