What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be requested, subject to availability.
What is the Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be canceled by 11:59 PM CST at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.
Are there any additional taxes or fees?
Room rates are subject to applicable state, local, and tourism taxes, currently totaling 17.30%
Is there a minimum age requirement to check in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in and register for a room.

DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit)
The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) Orange lines leave from the airport and go to The West End station, and guests can take either the Red or Blue line to get to Union Station (attached to the hotel via underground concourse).
Amtrak: Connected to Hyatt Regency Dallas by underground walkway to Union Station.

Rental Cars: The Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk is located on the lobby level of the hotel. Please contact ahead of time to make arrangements.
DART Light Rail Service: Hotel is located to Union Station on the Red and Blue lines and is also a stop for TRE commuter rail to Fort Worth.
Dallas Streetcar: Free service provided by DART that picks up at the Union Station, connected to the hotel, and runs to the Bishop Arts District, one of Dallas' best areas for food, shops, and galleries.
