Please try to be at the church no later than 3:00PM. The ceremony must start on time at 3:30PM. The church may have other events after the ceremony ends and we would like to respect that. Thank you in advance for your timeliness and cooperation.

We ask that our guests refrain from taking pictures at our ceremony. We hired a great photographer and we do not want any pictures down the aisle with your phones in the way. You can take as many pictures as you'd like at the reception. We hope you understand. Thank you.

The cocktail hour starts promptly at 6:00PM. The ceremony should end no later than 4:30PM, which gives our guests time to arrive at the venue.

For men, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie are acceptable. For women, a floor-length gown is acceptable.

There is valet parking at the venue. They are charging $18 per car for wedding guests. To decrease costs for you, please try to carpool.

Yes, the church has its own parking lot at no cost to you.

If we sent you an invitation with an extra number, you may bring a plus one. If you received an invitation with only one person invited, please limit the invitation to just yourself. We apologize in advance, but as we all know, weddings are expensive and the hotel has a max capacity number that we may not exceed. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are only allowing for children above the age of 12 with the exception of the children on our court. Anyone who is included in your invitation is included.

We will be offering the option of either salmon or chicken. Within your RSVP on our website, you will find a question for you to choose which you prefer. Please include your selection when you RSVP so that we can let the venue know and everyone gets the meal they requested.

Yes! We will have a personalized drink menu along with the alternative options of liquor, wine, beer, soft drinks, and juices.
