Our love story started as a blind date arranged by Phil and his coworker Hannah. I believe the matchmaking may have started out as a joke. Maxwell is Hannah’s significant other’s friend of a friend. Photos and phone numbers were exchanged and Maxwell made the first move. 

I knew from the first text messages that Maxwell was someone special. So, we set our first date at Dodge Park on the hottest day of the year. We talked about everything under the sun. Our love of travel, our childhoods, and our hope for the future.
