Yes. We have a block of rooms reserved at The Kansas City Airport Marriot. It is located at 775 Brasilia Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri. Please see the Travel tab on this site for the link to the block.

The wedding venue address will be listed on both the invitation and our website. The venue is located just 13 miles Northwest of the Kansas City Airport. If you're staying at the Kansas City Airport Marriott, limited shuttle service will be available to and from the wedding. If you prefer to drive, parking is available; however, it's important to note that overnight parking is not permitted.

Someone will be available to help guide you. Please know that there is no overnight parking allowed at the venue.

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors. For those with mobility concerns, a golf cart shuttle will be available. Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour followed by the reception inside the venue.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You will find the details about your party size, including plus one information on the formal invitations and included on the RSVP tab. We truly appreciate your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
