Although Grand Forks does have an airport, it can be pretty expensive. I would recommend flying into Fargo, ND which is about an hour outside of Grand Forks/East Grand Forks.

For those of you not familiar with this area, Minnesota does get hot in the summer (the average July temperature is 81º)!
