The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors by the waterfall patio. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors/covered. Please dress appropriately as our wedding is in Mid-July! If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be covered.

The dress code is cocktail attire.

Please note, this is an adults-only celebration. We kindly request that no children attend, as we wish to create a special and intimate atmosphere for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Due to space limitations, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding, unless specifically noted on the invitation.

We have room blocks at both Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn in Leesburg. The hotels are right next to each other, so take your pick! Homewood Suites options only include a king bed, while Hampton Inn provides rooms with 2 queen beds. There are other lodging options in the area as well. Please make sure to book your hotel using one of our group codes! They are provided under the "lodging" tab. Update: We have added another room block at Holiday Inn Express and Suites, across the street from the other hotels. Find the group code under the "lodging" tab.

The hotels are about 25 minutes away from the wedding venue.

A shuttle will be provided to transport guests to and from the venue. When you receive your invitation, there will be an option to inform us if you will be taking the shuttle. If you would rather drive, there is plenty of parking on site. For more information on shuttle times, please visit the transportation tab.

We encourage guests to arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony at 5:00 pm. Please be aware of Northern Virginia traffic.

There is a parking lot at the venue. You may leave your car overnight and retrieve it in the morning if needed by 10 am.
