**VERY IMPORTANT** Address: 10063 Gold Hill Road, Boulder CO 80302. When using GPS systems from any point east of the mountains, you must first go to 400 Mapleton Avenue in Boulder, Colorado 80304. This gets you to the bottom of Sunshine Canyon. From there, change your GPS destination to 10063 Gold Hill Road, Colorado Mountain Ranch. Stay on this road up the mountain for 10 miles. The first 6 miles are paved, the last 4 are steep, windy, bumpy dirt roads. You will come down a steep hill into the historic gold mining town of Gold Hill, where the name of the road becomes Main Street. At the west edge of Gold Hill, the road name changes to Gold Hill Road The Ranch is located one-quarter mile west of Gold Hill. The gate and buildings are on the left: the parking lot is on the right.

There is a large parking lot directly across from the front gate. There is limited parking near the Main Lodge for the Wedding Party, those less mobile, and guest buses. Care must be taken for access for deliveries and emergency vehicles. We provide a parking team for one hour before the ceremony time.

Since this venue is tucked away in the beautiful Boulder mountains, internet reception can be spotty. There is wifi, random cell service, and a telephone landline at the Lodge, yet there is no wifi or cell signal at the ceremony site.

Please plan to arrive at the wedding venue around 2:15pm. Please keep in mind that the wedding venue is up in the mountains, about 35 minutes from Boulder.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay in budget. Our celebration is limited to RSVPs only.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in August in the mountains of CO where the weather can be unpredictable. We recommend checking the weather closer to the wedding date and wearing formal/black tie optional attire. The wedding colors are inspired by fall florals!

We are catering from Three Leaf, and will be accommodating options for those who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and soy free.
