Wedding Party Details We’re so excited to celebrate with you — thank you for being such a special part of our day! Arrival Time Please arrive between 4:00–4:30 PM so we have time to get everyone settled and ready before the ceremony begins. When You Arrive Once you arrive, please stay nearby the ceremony area. We’ll help guide everyone into place and let you know where to go. Just keep your phone on in case we need to reach you. Ceremony The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM at Chapel Dulcinea. Photos We will be taking wedding party and family photos immediately following the ceremony. Please plan to stay nearby and available during this time so we can move efficiently. Reception After photos, we’ll head to the reception to celebrate! Cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony. What to Expect 	•	Light coordination and guidance will be provided throughout the day 	•	Stay close and check your phone in case we need to reach you 	•	Most importantly — relax, have fun, and enjoy the moment with us! Rehearsal &amp; Rehearsal Lunch We’re so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with you! Rehearsal Thursday, April 9 12:00–1:00 PM Chapel Dulcinea Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. We will meet at the chapel and guide everyone through a quick walkthrough so you know where to be and what to expect. Rehearsal Lunch 2:00–4:00 PM Jester King Brewery After the rehearsal, we’ll head to Jester King to relax and spend some time together before the big day. We’ll have some food available for the group to share. Drinks will be available for purchase individually. Feel free to grab anything additional you’d like once we’re there. There’s no dress code — feel free to come casual and comfortable. This will be a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering — just a chance to hang out and enjoy time together.
