What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We suggest arriving about 15-20 minutes prior :)
Will you be reserving a hotel block?
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Courtyard Philadelphia Montgomeryville for Friday (12/12/25) and Saturday (12/13/25). The link to book is on our website under "Travel". Please book by 11/14 for the discounted rate. Ask for the Palatano-O'Neill wedding block!
How do I get to and from the venue?
Complimentary shuttles will run between the hotel and the venue!
To the reception: 5:45 PM- 7:15 PM
From the reception back to the hotel: 10:15 PM-12:15 AM
What's the parking situation if we're not staying at the hotel?
The William Penn Inn has complimentary on-site parking for guests who prefer to drive. Please register the make and model of your car with the front desk if you choose to leave it over night.
What's the dress code?
Formal attire, please.

How early can I arrive to the venue?
It's recommended to arrive closer to 6 o'clock, as doors to the main ballroom don't open until cocktail hour starts.
Where is the ballroom located?
The ballroom is located towards the back of the building, which you can access from the parking lot. It has its own separate entrance from the restaurant.
