IMPORTANT: You probably received an email from the resort to update your credit card info because they switched processing centers. It's not a scam. Please make sure you update it yourself or have Dawn make the update for you! Also, please make sure it's a credit card that will not expire before the payment is due. If you wait to update your information until AFTER the promo code expires or the payment is processed, they will charge you full price. The promo-code expires August 8th, 2025.

I would advise that when you are ready to have your card charged, you should call and have them process the payment over the phone to avoid any issues.

Flights are starting to come down in price, we unfortunately were unable to get a group flight, so please feel free to book whichever flight best accommodates your schedule. Alex and I will be arriving on Wednesday,10-08-2025 and staying until 10/15/2025. There will be a Welcome Bonfire on 10-09-25 at 6:00 pm, more details on that to come! The Ceremony will take place on the beach at 5:00 pm with a cocktail hour and reception following at the Grand Palapa.

There are two sides to the resort, Finest Club and Excellence Club. Excellence is adults only, should you have that preference please make it known at the time of booking. This will be a child free ceremony and reception. If you choose to make this a family vacation, please ensure you make the necessary arrangements for childcare.
