In the picture above is where it all started! We became best friends in 2019 and In the summer 2021 we both graduated high school. My parents swore we were more than friends but I promised them it was nothing more. During that time we both admitted we had feelings for each other and tried to see where things would go! We played cat and mouse for about 2 yrs until we truly found our way back to each other. From that moment on its like we continued right were we left off, like there was no time lost. He ended up leaving three weeks later for boot camp, and I was left to wait another three months without him, only communicating through letters. During then I stayed in contact with his older sister who convinced me a month before he graduates to go see him in California, so I went. (Even though I was just his friend). Once we came back he asked me to be his girlfriend. I waited a total of six months for him, while he waited three years for me.
