Southall Meadows is located in Franklin, TN, approximately 40 minutes from Downtown Nashville and BNA (Nashville International Airport). We recommend renting a car if you are flying in for the weekend; however, all events will be within 20 minutes of the Franklin Cool Springs area, where there are a number of hotels and rideshare options.

Where to Stay

We have secured a room block at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs. There will be a shuttle to take guests from the hotel to our venue and back at the end of the evening. This hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from our Farewell Brunch! Please click the link below to book and receive the block rate. Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis.

If you would like to check-in before October 9th or check out after October 11th, 2025, please book Thursday &amp; Friday through the room block link first. After you have your confirmation number, please call 615-550-1650 to ask the Sales Coordinator to extend your stay and honor the room block rate. (Attempting to book additional nights through the link will cause the rate to increase!)

Guests can begin arriving as early as 4:00PM. Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Driving Directions

Southall Meadows is located at 3193 Southall Road in Franklin, TN (37064). Our venue is at the very end of the long driveway - the adjacent parking lot is free (but overnight parking is not allowed!)

Shuttle Information

Shuttles are first come, first served - please arrive at the shuttle stops early to ensure prompt departure! SHUTTLE #1 - Hilton Franklin Cool Springs - shuttle will be leaving at 3:30PM SHUTTLE #2 - Franklin Marriott Cool Springs - shuttle will be leaving at 3:30PM Shuttles will loop back to both hotels for the duration of the evening. The final shuttle back to the hotels will depart at 10:30PM.

After Party!

There will be a shuttle at the end of the night heading directly to Broadway from Southall Meadows! A separate shuttle will depart at the same time, dropping guests at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, followed by the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs. This shuttle will wait for 20 minutes at the Hilton to allow passengers to change &amp; drop belongings and then will also head to Downtown Nashville (drop-off will be at the Country Music Hall of Fame, which is the closest the bus can get to Broadway.) The buses will not run after Broadway, but there are a number of taxis and ride share options available in Downtown Nashville to get back at the end of the night. The newlyweds will be celebrating at Morgan Wallen’s This Bar — but no pressure! Feel free to explore any of the other bars on Broadway or end the night early! We’ll see you at brunch the next day. XO
