PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR ITALY

Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the period of stay. Please ensure your passport does not expire before December 2025.

VENUE/LOCATION

Our wedding will be held at Casa Cornacchi in the Chianti region of Tuscany.

The address is: Casa Cornacchi, Via Capitan Goro, 12, 52021 Bucine, Arezzo, Italy.

Please follow the signs to Casa Cornacchi as you approach the destination since some Map Applications may bring you up the hill to Montebenichi.

AIRPORT INFO

The nearest airport to Casa Cornacchi is Florence Amerigo Vespucci (FLR). This is about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive away. We recommend flying into FLR if possible for ease of transportation to the villa.

PLEASE NOTE: This year is the Rome Jubilee and there is a very large increase in tourists predicted. We recommend avoiding Rome as much as possible!

TRANSPORTATION TO CASA CORNACCHI

VIA CAR: The villa is roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes car ride from Florence Airport (FLR). Please make sure to schedule your own transportation to the villa on Monday, August 4th, and Departure on Thursday, August 7th.

VIA TRAIN: Public transportation is also an option from Florence to the surrounding areas of Casa Cornaccchi (Siena train station, Arezzo train station). However, please note that these are still around a 40-minute drive to Casa Cornacchi, so transportation from the train stations will need to be arranged.

TAXIS/CAR SERVICES

Due to the remote location, taxis are hard to come by. If you need to get a taxi or car service to our venue, we strongly recommend booking days prior to your arrival and departure.

PARKING

If you are planning on renting a car and parking it at Casa Cornacchi, please let Alexa/Austin know as soon as possible as there are a limited number of parking spots available. Thank you!

ABOUT CASA CORNACCHI

The Casa Cornacchi part of the estate has four villas, which are each made up of self-contained apartments. These are Dimora Storica, La Locanda, Villa Caterina, and Il Porreto. All four of these villas are in walking distance of each other but are about 10 minutes from Casa Murli where some guests will be staying. Casa Cornacchi has a pool, restaurant and bar on site.
