In the fall of 2015, Alexa and Jordan met and knew they'd be together forever.&nbsp; After graduation from East Carolina University the following year, Alexa moved to Annapolis for an internship, but it was really to be closer to Jordan.&nbsp; They dated throughout the remainder of Jordan's 2/C year at the US&nbsp;Naval Academy.&nbsp; When the summer of 2017 rolled around, Jordan was planning an unforgettable proposal.&nbsp; On August 6th of 2017, Jordan popped the question to an unsuspecting Alexa, due in part because it was Jordan's 21st&nbsp;birthday and all the attention was on him.&nbsp; After a wonderful dinner at Don Jose in Sebring, FL, Alexa and Jordan (along with Jordan's Dad, Mom, and two brothers) went to Lake Jackson and&nbsp;did one of Alexa's favorite things- watch&nbsp;the sunset.&nbsp; When the sun came upon the water, Jordan took the ring from his pocket, got down on one knee, and asked Alexa to be his wife!&nbsp; She said "Is this for real?" and without a doubt, it was.&nbsp;&nbsp;

After the wedding, Alexa and Jordan will be moving to Quantico, VA for Jordan to begin at The Basic School (TBS) as&nbsp;a Marine Corps Officer.

We will provide transportation information from the airport to the hotel closer to the wedding date.For our out of state guests, you can fly into the Fort Myers (RSW) Airport or into the Punta Gorda (PGD) Airport.If traveling from Asheville, Concord or Raleigh you can fly Allegiant for the best price into Punta Gorda.Southwest is also another option for traveling directly into Fort Myers.

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. We have different room options blocked for our guests. When reserving a room, be sure to mention you are with the Richardson/Baker wedding to receive your discount. The discount is extended to our guests for 3 days prior to and after the wedding. These blocked rooms will only be held for us until April 1st. After this date, all blocked rooms will be released to the public.

The room rate for the group is as follows: Studio $199 (queen bed with sleeper sofa), Island Residence $209 (king, one queen or two double beds and queen sleeper sofa), Two Bedroom Island Residence $289 (two separate bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa), Three Bedroom Coastal Residence $409 (three separate bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa).

The Sanibel Island Beach Resort is another option for our guests to stay at. It is located only 1/2 a mile to the ceremony location at Sundial. We will not be able to provide transportation from this location to the wedding.
