All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you and your date, you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to come unaccompanied due to limited space at your venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi formal. The ceremony is outside, and the reception will be held indoors.
What time do the festivities start?
The ceremony will promptly begin at 6 PM. We kindly ask you to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the “I Do’s!” The reception portion will follow closely after the ceremony.
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
What is the bar situation?
We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beers, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options. If there is an option of spirits that you want that’s not included in the open bar you may bring cash to purchase the spirit you prefer.
Are kids invited?
Due to limited capacity at the venue , we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “ The (Your Last Name) Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. and Mrs.” if you and your significant other have been invited.
