This is the first photo that exists of Alexa and Dave together, taken during her sorority date party at the big house! They met through mutual friends in Ann Arbor. Alexa was in her senior year of college and Dave, a recent graduate from Michigan State, was visiting.

Alexa and Dave share a love for animals, with a particular soft spot for cats. Pictured here is the first pet they adopted together named Stu.

Alexa and Dave moved in together in Waterford, MI.

Alexa and Dave moved to Charlotte for Alexa's Ph.D program in Clinical Psychology. Making a move during COVID was tough, but they thrived during quarantine together by spending time learning new cooking skills and watching lots of reality tv (think: 90 day fiancé or anything Gordon Ramsey-related)

Alexa and Dave got engaged at Cranbrook gardens! This is a special place to both of them, as they grew up visiting the beautiful gardens and went on many dates there together.
