How We Met

Our journey began online, where we quickly discovered a shared sense of humor and enthusiasm for life. Zach found Alexa to be incredibly charming and easygoing, with a sense of humor that matched his own. Alexa, on the other hand, was immediately drawn to Zach’s sexy, funny, and lively nature.

A Memorable First Date

Our first memorable moment together was on Thanksgiving Eve. Alexa spent the night at Zach’s orchard, which turned out to be a romantic and unforgettable evening. The next morning, we headed to the hunting stand to sight in our rifles for deer season. It turns out, Alexa has a better shot than Zach!

Growing Together

Our love for the outdoors has always been a cornerstone of our relationship. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or enjoying farm life, we find joy in each other’s company and the great outdoors. We’ve made countless memories together, from weekends at Camp Ricochet—where Alexa bravely took a shot of Bobby’s homemade brandy as part of her initiation—to cleaning horse stalls side by side.

These experiences are made even more special with our blended family, including Blakely, Italia, and Dash, who bring so much joy and love into our lives.

One of the special aspects of our journey has been the bond between Zach and Dash. They have shared countless hours fishing and hunting together, building a strong connection through their love of these activities. As a family, we cherish the times spent fishing at the family pond, gathering around bonfires, and enjoying boat rides. These moments, filled with laughter and love, have brought us closer and created cherished memories.

Our Furry Family

Kona, Lola, and Maggie are an integral part of our lives and our story. Their playful energy and unconditional love bring joy to our home every day. Whether it’s going on adventures, snuggling up on the couch, or simply being there for us, our dogs have been with us through it all. They remind us of the simple joys in life and are a constant source of happiness and comfort. Our wedding wouldn’t be complete without acknowledging the love and joy they’ve added to our journey.

The Proposal

Zach planned the perfect proposal during a holiday photo session at our farm. With a professional photographer capturing the moment and surrounded by our loved ones and beloved horses, Zach got down on one knee and asked Alexa to marry him. It was a priceless moment that we will cherish forever.
