We ask kindly that you please arrive 20-25 minutes early to the ceremony, so around 1:05-1:10pm. The doors will be locked promptly at 1:30pm and we would hate for you to get locked out!

There is a parking lot directly behind Our Lady of Sorrows that the church shares with Hallmark that will have plenty of parking spots! Or if you are ubering, the uber is about 4-5 minutes from the Ambassador!

Please see the map below this question, there is a parking lot that will be overseen by one security guard for the entire reception. There are 65 spots total that are dedicated to the Everly. Otherwise, parallel street parking or uber is what we recommend! The uber ride from the ceremony to the reception is about 5 minutes!

We would love people to wear formal attire. This includes cocktail dresses, or a nice pant suit for women, and suits for men; however, we prefer to have you there, so please wear what you feel best in! There is no color code. There is also be a coat check at the reception!

It will be chilly with chances of snow/rain. Plan clothing and transportation accordingly! The wedding and reception will all be indoors!

If there is a plus one option on your invitation, then yes! If there isn't, please refrain. :) If you have a +1 on your RSVP, and you plan to bring one, please reach out and let us know the name of your plus one so we can have them on the seating chart! Please note that if there is not a plus one on your save the date, that does not mean you won't have one on your invitation! We would prefer this to be a "no-kiddos" event. Use this as an excuse to get a babysitter and have a night out! ;)

When you RSVP, please let us know your dietary restrictions. We already plan on having GF and vegan options, but would like to know how much to plan for!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the Webber household (13344 W 147th St. Olathe, KS, 66062) A wedding card box will be at our reception.

We are so glad you want to capture these moments that we have dreamed of for so long. We will have an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every moment! Please let our ceremony be unplugged. :)

We plan to have a shuttle service to take guests back to the Ambassador hotel after the reception starting at 10pm!
