Our ceremony will officially begin at 4:30 pm. We suggest arriving by at least 4:00 pm sharp so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I DO!”

Yes! Gathering Place has a whole parking lot area that is for wedding guests only! Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signs specifying & guiding you where to park!

We love your little ones — however, we have decided to only have children in our immediate families or children in the wedding party.

Due to wanting to keep our wedding small and intimate, we are unable to accommodate plus ones/extra wedding guests unless specifically indicated on your RSVP. When you type in your name to RSVP you will see everyone accounted for in your party!

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras at all please!) We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Please remember that this is our special day and our pictures are very important. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

We want our guests to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. For Men: pants/slacks & button ups/polos For Women: dresses/ jumpsuits/ skirts & blouses (no white please!) *Please do not wear jeans!*
