Elyse and Alex met in September 2021 and had their first date at a local restaurant by the water at sunset. They grew together with their common interests and dogs. They enjoy going on vacations together, spending time on Alex’s boat “Sea Shift”, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, hanging out in the pool, snorkeling, and walking on the beach with their dogs.


Keeping the water theme, Alex surprised Elyse by proposing to her on his boat while diving for scallops. On January 5th, 2025, Alex and Elyse will get married by the water at Grace River Island Resort with their families and friends.
