Guest Arrival 3:00PM

Please plan to arrive at Bella Terra by 3- 3:30 PM. Use this time to sign our guest book, mingle, and find your seat!

Ceremony 4:00PM

The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Please ensure that you are in your seats and unplugged by this time.

Cocktail Hour 4:45PM

Time to mingle! Please enjoy the lawn games, cocktails, and the beautiful vineyard as the bridal party take photos.

Dinner and Speeches 6:00PM

Dinner will be consisting of Santa Maria Style BBQ, salad, beans, and bread! Gather to hear speeches from family and friends.

First Dances 7:15PM

Help cheer on the newlyweds with their first dance, as well as father-daughter and mother-son!

Dancing 7:45PM

Time to party! Join the bride and groom on the dance floor to celebrate the newlyweds!

Farewell! 10:00PM

Thank you for celebrating! SLO County has a strict noise ordinance that requires all music be turned off by 10PM. Please use this time to bid farewell to the couple. We hope you have a safe drive home!
