Guests should arrive at the venue no earlier than 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm.

This will be a black tie event.

Yes, as long as the sun is shining, the ceremony will be outside! The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Yes, the venue will provide valet parking. Guests staying at the hotel will also have the option to take the shuttle service to and from the wedding. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:00 pm to drop guests at the venue for 4:30 pm.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one, they will be specifically addressed in the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, this wedding will be adults only.

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away and silenced during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Yes! There will be welcome drinks at the ceremony and an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception.

Yes! The reception will end at 10:30 pm and the afterparty will take place at the Courtyard Marriot - Rockaway Mt. Arlington Hotel. All are welcome!!! Please see hotel information under the 'travel' tab on our main page. The after party will have a cash bar.
