Where should i stay?

We have arranged two room blocks at local hotels in Enumclaw (please see recommended travel page). We ask you to make reservations prior to August 1st to utilize the room block discount. AirBNBs are limited in Enumclaw, however there are additional hotels and BNBs in neighboring towns including but not limited to the town of Buckley (~10 mins), Bonney Lake (~15-20mins), Black Diamond (~15-20mins), Maple Valley (~20-30mins), Auburn (~20-30mins).

Will there be parking?

There will be no parking available at the venue for guests. We have limited available parking spots designated for bridal party and vendors only.

So how do we get to the venue?

We have arranged transportation from the Enumclaw Guesthouse hotel. Currently pickup times are scheduled to be 4:00, 4:15, and last pickup at 4:30. We are working on adding additional pickup times and locations at this time.

What happens if you are not staying at the Enumclaw Guesthouse?

If you are not staying at the Enumclaw Guesthouse, we ask you to park in downtown Enumclaw and meet the shuttle at the hotel at the pickup times provided above (free parking is available across the street from the hotel and by the Library, all within walking distance).

Are children allowed at the wedding?

No (excluding those participating in the wedding). We've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only affair to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand and can make arrangements accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I wear?

We invite you to wear your favorite formal or cocktail attire (goes without saying but avoid wearing white) but keep in mind of the outdoor venue located on an operating horse property. We have an abundance of gravel and grass on our property, so our recommendation is to wear appropriate sure footed footwear (also, please no sneakers).

What will the weather be like?

Early September in Washington typically brings sunny days with average temperatures in the mid to high 70s (possibly upwards of 80 degrees), and evening lows in the mid to low 50s. Summers in WA typically mean lower chances of rain, but be prepared accordingly and check the weather apps prior to the event.

Can i bring a guest

In order to keep our guest list intimate, we will be limiting plus one invitations to select people provided on your RSVP invitation.

Will you have a registry?

No. We love you all, and invite you to join and celebrate us on our special day. That is gift enough. Because of this, we are not creating a registry and do not require our guests to feel obligated to bring gifts. For those feeling inclined to give, we will be providing a card box at the ceremony. A heartwarming card means to us more than a registry can offer, so please share with us some of your favorite shared memories.
