We kindly ask that you send in your RSVP by August 14th, 2025!

We will be having a welcome party Friday night to see our guests before the big day! Please join us at the Blue Bird Cafe, located at the base of Jiminy Peak, from 8-10:30pm.

We kindly ask our guests to please dress in Summer formal attire. For men, we ask for jackets, dress pants and tie-optional. For women, midi to full length dresses preferred, no need for an evening gown! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Followed by the cocktail hour on the patio & the reception inside the main building.

We recommend arriving around 3:30 pm as the ceremony starts at 4 pm.

There will be more information given out to guests when arriving at the hotel. Just inform the hotel you are here for the Read/Bennett Wedding.

We love your little ones but we have decided to keep the reception adults only. With that being said, we ask to only bring those formally invited. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we celebrate with you!

Yes, there is space to park at the venue. We will also provide shuttles from the hotels on our website to and from the venue!
