Eddie Janini
Eddie Janini - Best Man
Favorite Memory Charlie Has of Eddie: Watching countless Indians and Cavs games growing up. Even when the teams were bad, which has been true more often than we'd like, I always loved watching the games with him.Favorite Memory Eddie Has of Charlie: The thousands of games of basketball Charlie and I played in the driveway. I've always looked up to Charlie in many facets of life and those countless games are tangible evidence of how much I strive to be like him. Eddie's Favorite Drink: Whatever Alex is having 😋 Eddie's Hobbies: Sports, hiking, camping, music Eddie's Favorite Song: Twice and Hourglass both by Catfish and the Bottlemen Eddie's Favorite Sports Team: All CLE Eddie's Additional Comments: Alex has brought out a side of Charlie that I've never seen before. It makes me happy to see Charlie so happy with Alex and I'm excited to be a part of the big day!
Brianna Webber
Brianna Webber - HBIC (Head Bride in Charge)
Favorite Memory Alex Has of Brianna: During a concert at the Erie Playhouse that we were both in we got to make up choreography to a dance. The dance required a move called the Charleston. I am not a dancer. Brianna is a dancer. The rest of the experience consists of her literally trying to make my limbs move to this dance move. The move eventually was cut from the choreography. She has always been a helping hand! Favorite Memory Brianna Has of Alex: Hmmm there are so many to choose from… the Triangle of Trust… The Glee Concert… dance parties at Craze… but my favorite memories will always be from Footloose (summer of 2008)! That was hands down my most favorite summer! It felt like time stood still and we were **famous** in Erie! From "Slaughterhouse 5," to dancing during the overture, to when Alex would look over at me and tell me to "get his shoulders started" when he couldn't figure out how to coordinate a particular dance move… everything about that summer was so fun and I cherish that summer because that is when my friendship with Alex really grew into what it is today! Brianna's Favorite Drink (So Order it!): Red wine by the bottle! (and $5 margs from Cheddar's) Brianna's Hobbies: Being held like a baby, belting "Let Me Be Your Star," making Pinterest boards, dancing. Brianna's Favorite Song: "No" by Meghan Trainor… hate that I love it… but I do! #sofeministyBrianna's Favorite Sports Team: Penguins… not a huge sports fan though!Brianna's Additional Comments: I am so happy for Alex and Charlie and I am honored to get to stand up with them on their big day! It's going to be the best day ever celebrating some of the best people ever!!!
Daniel Janini

I was so proud to see all of his hard work pay off, and seeing him graduate with two degrees with honors made me really proud!Daniel's Favorite Memory of Charlie: No particular memory, but I am very thankful that I can look back at any point in my life and know that I had an older brother who always wanted the best for me. Daniel's Favorite Drink: At the moment, Flying Dog's blood orange IPA Daniel's Hobbies: Reading, visiting art museums, going to the clurb for dance music sets, and recently embroidery Daniel's Favorite Song: Arca's album Mutant has been on repeat for the past several months. Front Load and Snakes are two good tracks to start out with ☺ Daniel's Favorite Sports Team: Not so into sports tbh, but I'll root for Cleveland because I love the city and would like to see its spirits lifted. Daniel's Additional Comments: I'm very honored to be a part of this wedding, and I can't wait to share in the joy of the day!
Leah Fox
Leah Fox - Sister from a Jewish Mister
Favorite Memory Alex Has of Leah: Visiting her at Otterbein University and having to wear a Amy Winehouse wig when walking the hallways of her all girls dorm so that I did not get kicked out of it. This was the night that my alter ego Edwina was born. She has since died. RIP Amy Winehouse. RIP Edwina.Favorite Memory Leah Has of Alex: All of my favorite memories with Alex cannot be published on the Internet because both of us have and want to maintain successful careers. I will say however, driving around in his car belting showtunes and being uncontrollably silly onstage with him have been some of my favorite memories of not only our friendship, but my lifetime. We have watched each other change and grow for over a decade now. No one makes me laugh harder than Alex. Unfortunately, due to a myriad of inside jokes It's very difficult to maintain composure around one another for most occasions. Especially if they are very important and/or very serious matters.Leah's Favorite Drink (So Order it!): I love soy lattesLeah's Hobbies: My hobbies include Facebook, selfies, fitness classes, naps, and buying & returning items to stores.Leah's Favorite Song: My favorite song currently is and will always be "September" by Earth, Wind & FireLeah's Favorite Sports Team: I don't understand the question, and I won't respond to it.Leah's Additional Comments:I really can't express enough how proud I am of Alex and his journey. Whatever he sets his mind to he accomplishes. He is my greatest friend and mentor of both musicianship and will power. I have watched him rise to become such an outstanding and outspoken individual and community leader. He is such an incredible man and I am so honored to be a part of such a exemplary union. I could make a lot of inappropriate jokes and comments, but Alex composed and has my graduate school recommendation letter saved on his computer. Lastly, make sure to give a picture of Michael Hogue to the bartender before the reception.
Mark Shoemaker
Mark Shoemaker - Best Bro-Friend 1
Favorite Memory Alex Has of Mark: Escorting him through Haunted Alumni Hall at Mansfield University. This particular trip included Mark being the scariest part of the Haunted House and literally screaming so loud in the face of a girl who jumped out of box that it propelled her back into the box in fear. Favorite Memory Mark Has of Alex: My favorite memory shared with Alex would have to be critiquing underclassmen in voice class. We had a blast; very off-putting for everyone else involved.Mark's Favorite Drink (So Order it!): Stella Artois or bourbonMark's Hobbies: Golf, Fantasy sportsMark's Favorite Song: No favorite song, but I like many genres from Jazz to Rock to Hip Hop.Mark's Favorite Sports Team: NY Knicks; NY Giants;Mark's Additional Comments: I love you guys and I'm incredibly happy for you. Michael's Favorite Drink: Old Fashioned Michael's Hobbies: Reading, Listening to Music, Walking, Enjoying any form of art, and overly investing myself in sports Michael's Favorite Song: Monsters - Band of Horses Michael's Favorite Sports Teams: Browns, Indians, Cavaliers Michael's Additional Comments: I am so incredibly honored to be standing next to Charlie and Alexander as they share their love for one another with their closest family and friends. I am incredibly proud to call Charlie a cousin and am so excited to welcome Alexander into the family. Congratulations to you both, and never forget to reflect on your love in every stage of your life together.
Betsy King
Betsy King - Groomswoman
Charlie's Favorite Memory of Betsy: I don't know if I can come up with a single memory that encompasses the relationship that Betsy and I have (she describes it below as involving "quiet confusion," which is very accurate), but the things that stand out for me are the shenanigans at the lunch table with our friends during high school, cheering for her during swim meets, and seeing our friendship continue to grow ever since high school.Betsy's Favorite Memory of Charlie: My favorite memory of Charlie was at homecoming senior year of high school. I was trying to get the poor guy to teach us to tango and somehow that turned into me grabbing his wrist, slapping it in a handcuff, and trying to handcuff him to one of our friends until they had it figured out and could lead the rest of us. Charlie just watched me do and explain all of this with the quiet confusion typical of our friendship. Betsy's Favorite Drink: Champagne. Or vodka. But champagne means celebrating and being happy, so it's always a good choice! Betsy's Hobbies: I do Tough Mudders, an occasional 5K, and love nothing more than chilling by a pool with a drink in my hand! Also, I'm a terrible workaholic so I really rarely do any of those things. Betsy's Favorite Song: Spirits by the Strumbrellas or Ophelia by The Lumineers Betsy's Favorite Sports Teams: WINDIANS!!! Charlie and I share an undying love for the Tribe!!! Betsy's Additional Comments: There is no greater feeling than knowing someone you dearly love has found someone who loves them, cherishes them, and will protect their heart at all costs, and I know Charlie and Alex have that with each other. Charlie is my oldest friend and to see how alive and happy and "fully Charlie" that Alex makes him is beyond wonderful. I wish you all the best and can't wait to see what the future holds for you!
Michael David Hogue
Michael David Hogue - Best Bro-Friend 2
Favorite Memory Alex Has of Mike:Sitting in Mike's basement every Sunday during the semester I student taught and literally doing no work. A particular Sunday included making crowns out of raffle tickets, creating a wizard staff out of beer cans, and finding out Osama Bin Laden had been found! The raffle tickets were clearly the most entertaining part of that night. Favorite Memory Mike Has of Alex: Hanging out our senior year at either Mark's, Ranney's house (do you boys like totino's pizza rolls), or your dorm.Mike's Favorite Drink (So Order it!): Scotch/Gin Martini Mike's Hobbies: Cooking, Biking, RunningMike's Favorite Song:Not single song, Jazz, Classical, or classic rockMike's Favorite Sports Team: Philly Eagles - Philly Sixers Mike's Additional Comments: Love you both so much! Can't wait for the years ahead and will garner my mugshot to all for the wedding so you can keep an eye on me.
Sam Droney
Sam Droney - My Mischief Managed Man
Favorite Memory Alex Has of Sam: Sam is often one of the people I create a ton of scary memories with! One favorite is going to a bar in DC to do karaoke. Singing On My Own and enjoying the whole experience. Leaving the bar and seeing a man face plant on the ground. Making friends with that man. Listening to him tell us that the government was watching him. Letting him lead us around DC and then making the scariest mistake of going back to this man's hotel to hang out. We are luckily still alive to tell the story today! Favorite Memory Sam Has of Alex: My favorite memory would have to more like an 80s movie montage of every trip Alex and I have taken between Erie & Pittsburgh; singing newsies *flash* racing the clock to make it home in time for some dire circumstance *flash* staging the entire Broadway remake of the Disney classic Hercules *flash* five hour energy *flash*Sam's Favorite Drink (So Order it!): Bourbon, 1 Rock. Reposado Tequila, neatSam's Hobbies: I'm big into turning trash into treasure, whether it be craft or clothing. Cooking a super boujie meal is always deeply satisfying Sam's Favorite Song: Going through a disco phase ; Last Dance - Donna SummerSam's Favorite Sports Team: Sports?Sam's Additional Comments: Seeing the evolution of the two of you and how you better each other and challenge each other has been beautiful and inspiring. Now when can I be the crazy uncle?
