What began as a shared love for books and travel very quickly developed into something else. Within a week of our first date, the waitress at our local diner took to affectionately calling us the “love birds”. By week two, we’d already made plans to travel together.

The following years have been filled with coffee shop dates and dog snuggles; international travel and cozy fall trips; tv binges and book clubs; a proposal in the very diner where we were first called “love birds” and now a special day to tie the knot.
