A formal RSVP card will be sent with your invitation. Simply scan the QR code on the card to RSVP online. Please respond by January 30, 2026 so we can finalize details—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Yes! We've reserved a small block of 6 rooms at the Courtyard Tampa Northwest/Veterans Expressway for our guests at a discounted rate. Rooms are first come first serve, so we recommend booking as soon as possible if you plan to stay there. Please make your reservation by Thursday, February 19th, 2026 to receive the special rate. You can book using the link under the travel tab on the website. Hotel is located 16 minutes from venue and they offer complimentary parking.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one on the invitation they will be specifically addressed within. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding <3

Our wedding will be Semi Formal with Formal as an option - this means guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also wear a formal suit or cocktail dress. No jeans please! We also ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride. No white please!

As much as we love your little ones, unfortunately no one under the age of 13 years will be allowed. This is with the exception of immediate family who are a part of the wedding party.

Yes and no. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be based outside but the reception is indoors.

Yes! There will be open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. Venue rules no neats or shots allowed. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!
