How to Travel to Key West

The most convenient (and exciting) way to get to Key West is by flying directly into Key West International Airport (EYW). We have found American and Delta to be the best options out of Kansas City (MCI), Wichita (ICT), and Tulsa (TUL).
You can also fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA), rent a car and drive to Key West.
BY LAND
If you prefer to fly to Fort Lauderdale or Miami and drive to Key West, the Overseas Highway is ranked as one of the most scenic drives in the world. It is a 4 hour drive to Key West from both airports. Although the route is picturesque, please allow buffer time into your travel plans as the Overseas Highway is mostly single lane and heavily trafficked.
Where to Stay in Key West
There are an overwhelming amount of places to stay in Key West including Resorts, AirBnBs, Bed & Breakfasts, etc. Ocean Key Resort & Spa is where the reception is located. A discount code is listed below. If you stay elsewhere, we recommend staying near Duval Street, which is the heart of the Downtown area and close to all of the wedding events!

The Marker is located on the seaport within easy walking distance to the reception venue.
Opal Key Resort & Marina
Opal Key Resort is located on the water directly next to the reception venue.
Lighthouse Hotel - Key West Historic Inns
For those that would like to fully immerse into the history of Key West! The Lighthouse Hotel is next door to the Key West Lighthouse and directly across the street from the home of Ernest Hemingway. It's also within easy walking distance to the church.
La Concha Key West
For The Marriott reward members, the La Concha is a historic Key West hotel with Cuban flair located on Duval Street. It's within walking distance of the reception and also close to the church.
