RSVP's should be completed no later than Monday, December 2nd, as anyone who has not responded by that time will be automatically declined on our website. We appreciate your understanding and consideration of timing.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We ask our guests to arrive at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church around 1:00-1:10 PM, as our ceremony begins at 1:30.
What should we wear?
We ask our guests to come in formal clothing, as part of our special day takes place in a Greek Orthodox Church. Remember to dress warm- it'll be the end of December!
Is the reception indoors or outdoors?
Our cocktail hour and reception will both indoors, but there is an outdoor section for our event that will be accessible.
Will there be time in between the ceremony and reception?
We will have about 2.5 hours between the end of our ceremony and the beginning of our cocktail hour to allow for pictures and travel for both the bridal party and guests. It is the perfect time to freshen up, take advantage of hospitality hour at the venue, and get ready to party!
What if we get to the reception early?
Our guests may arrive up to 1 hour before cocktail hour begins and enjoy complimentary beer and wine while they wait for the party to begin!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are only able to accommodate guests listed on the RSVP card, and we thank you in advance for their understanding!
Will there be transportation provided?
We are happy to provide guests with transportation from our hotel block to the reception and back at the end of the night. Those who would like to join us at our church should make their own travel plans to and from.
Can we share pictures and videos of your wedding on social media?
Yes! We would absolutely love to see our special day through the eyes of the people we asked to join us. We will also be providing QR codes to share any photos you may have digitally at the reception!
