There will be shuttle services offered from two of the hotels. These hotels include The Comfort Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn & Suites. Shuttle services will be provided at the start and end of the celebration. In the event anyone requires transportation before the end of the celebration, shuttle services will be provided for an earlier pickup time.

The closest airport to Castleton-on-Hudson where the wedding will be is Albany International Airport. JFK and La Guardia are international airports closest to New York City. Amtrak trains are available from New York City areas (example Penn Station in Manhattan) into Rensselaer, NY which is about a 20 minute drive to Castleton-on-Hudson.

We would like guests to arrive at 4:00 pm for a champagne greeting, live music, and seating. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm and will be outdoors weather permitting.

Yankee trails will be our shuttle service. We are still confirming a pick up time from hotel to ceremony and reception site. The estimated time for this is between 3:00 and 3:30 pm.

We have children part of our families that will be a part of our celebration, otherwise this will be an adults only event.
