Once upon a time at Brock University, Alexandra was a responsible, Dean’s List student, and Patrick was… well, let’s just say his extracurriculars involved hosting great parties in Village residence. Fate (and Alexandra’s koumbara and younger sister) brought them to the same party one fateful night, where Patrick and his roommates were proudly welcoming guests like the self-appointed kings of campus nightlife.

Their first attempt at dating? Let’s call it a "learning experience." Alexandra was busy being an academic rockstar, while Patrick was embracing his title as "Frat Boy Pat." Life took them in different directions—until, eight years later, Patrick called Alexandra out of the blue (lucky she never changed her number). One date later, and the rest is history.

Fun fact: Alexandra technically moved in temporarily during her post-grad internship. Patrick invited her to stay with him, and… well, she just never left. The pandemic hit, school continued, and one day, they just looked at each other and said, “Welp, guess we live together now.”

Somewhere along the way, they adopted their majestic, slightly chaotic cat, Thor, who now firmly believes he is the head of the household. (He’s not wrong.)
