Our happily ever after began in 2021 when we both met while working at NBC10. Even behind mid-pandemic masks, it was love at first sight. Through months of newscasts and work-related shenanigans, we found each other not wanting to spend a moment apart.

Our first date lasted 15 hours, bringing us from Rhode Island, to Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut, to Level 99 in Natick, Massachusetts. From that moment on, our lives have been full of adventures. The next two years consisted of mini golf dates, picnics, many trips to Disney, a hardcore Lego phase and multiple concerts. In 2023, we bought our first home (for Rory, of course).

Colt State Park has been a frequent spot for picnic dates through the years. That's what made it the perfect location for one of the biggest questions to be asked. On a Saturday in June 2024, Brandon proposed!
