How and when do I RSVP?
Please RSVP on our website starting in July 2025 or contact us via text or email. The deadline is September 18th, 2025, with no exceptions, as we need to inform our vendors.
What is the date, time, and place for the ceremony and reception?
October 18th, 2025 at the Hampton Cove Wedding Venue in Gurley, AL. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early. The reception will follow immediately after.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, cocktail attire is suggested. We recommend that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie, and women wear a knee-length dress, full-length dress, or dressy separates. Preferably in fall colors to complement the theme.
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be indicated on the invitation. We kindly ask that all other guests refrain from bringing a plus one. Thank you for your understanding!
Are kids welcome?
To ensure a romantic and intimate atmosphere, we kindly request that our celebration be attended by adults only. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our day special.
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. To ensure everyone is fully present, we kindly ask that you put away cell phones, cameras, and other devices. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception.
Do you have a registry?
Yes, you can find our registry under the Registry tab. While gifts are appreciated, they are not required. The gift tables and card box will be on the path to the ceremony site.
What accommodations are available?
Under the Travel tab, you will find a nearby hotel close to the venue. For your convenience, Uber and Lyft services are also available in the area if needed.
What type of food will be served? What about allergies?
A variety of meats with sides, snacks, and desserts will be available. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us and the staff know so we can accommodate you. Our wonderful caterer, Talk Of The South, will be providing the food!
What about alcohol?
We will offer an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and champagne.
Is there parking available?
Yes, plenty of free parking space is available to all guests.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, everywhere from the ceremony to the reception space.
What is the weather like that time of year?
October brings beautiful weather! However, evenings can be a bit chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket. We will also have blankets available for your comfort.
