We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are asking our guests to wear semi-formal attire for the evening.

Yes! Please find more information regarding the hotel block that was reserved under the "Travel" section of this website. If desired, kindly book your hotel room as soon as possible and no later than 4/29/24.

There will be transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and we encourage you to utilize it! The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue at 4pm. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds behind the reception building. There will be 2 shuttles to transport guests back to the hotel at the end of night - at 9:30pm and at 10:30pm.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please arrive with enough time to find a seat prior to the start of the ceremony.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at La Massaria at Bella Vista in Gilbertsville, PA. The ceremony will be held in an outdoor space, weather permitting, and the cocktail hour and reception will have both indoor and outdoor spaces available throughout the event.

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Our wedding and reception will be an adults-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance and hope that you can enjoy a night off!

Please RSVP on or before April 20th, 2024. Early RSVPs are highly encouraged and greatly appreciated. You will be able to RSVP through mail once you have received the invitation. If you cannot make it, you will be dearly missed. Please still let us know either way by RSVP'ing so we can plan accordingly.
