Yes, we are planning a shuttle service to and from the wedding for those who choose. Transportation will pick up at 250pm at Best Western Hotel 900 Regent Ave West. Uber does not come out to our location.

Due to the limited space at our venue we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation, if you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP!

Due to venue space constraints, only children who are part of the wedding party or are immediate family members have been invited. We appreciate your understanding.

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 3:45. Please sit wherever you would like! There will not be sides.

There is a parking lot at the venue for approximately 70 vehicles, we want everyone to get home safely at the end of the night and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles over night! Any vehicles left over night will need to be picked up by 11:00am the following day.

Yes, outdoor smoking is permitted by the firepit and parking lot. If it rains, we will provide containers under the balcony. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

We are planning a outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. The reception area is air conditioned. Depending on how the weather turns out, the ceremony maybe relocated indoors.
