You will need to call the hotel directly to book under our discount. Just provide the needed date(s) and the wedding name when calling (Evans &amp; Rouech). The block may fill up, so we encourage you to book early! There is a 30-day cut off before rooms are released to the public and the discount ends, so calling on or after July 15th, 2026 will lead to you paying the best available rate at that time if any rooms remain.
