There are three airports that are close to the Greeneville area. Tri-Cities Airport, is located in Blountville, Tennessee and is about an hour from the hotel(s). The second airport is Asheville Regional Airport near Interstate 26 in the town of Fletcher, North Carolina. This is about an hour and a half away from the hotel(s). The third is in Knoxville, TN called McGhee Tyson Airport. It is located south of Knoxville, in Alcoa, Tennessee. This is about an hour and twenty minutes from the hotel(s). If you need to rent a vehicle, these rental places are available at both airports. -AVIS -Budget -Enterprise -Hertz -National Car Rental | Alamo -Dollar Rent A Car | Thrifty Car Rental. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------I would highly recommend Knoxville out of the three. Due to Hurricane Helene, driving through Asheville, NC can be quite difficult!

The simple answer is that it is both. The ceremony will be held at the Thixton household and that takes place outside. The cocktail hour will be on the roof of the hotel which is outside but has a covered tent, and then the reception will be in the grand ballroom. However, the rooftop is open all night. The temperature during this time is around 65-75 degrees during the day and around 45-50 degrees at night. Please pack/plan accordingly!
