Alex & Aaron ‘met’ while both attending Moorestown Friends School, however Aaron doesn’t quite remember it that way…
Alex always looked up to her older brother and sister, Max and Casey. Alex was in the 8th grade when she spotted Aaron, a junior at the time who was on Max’s soccer team. She had a secret crush on Aaron and never in her wildest dreams did she think that crush would turn into the love of her life.
Fast forward to 2020, Alex had moved back to New Jersey after living in LA. Aaron had just finished working on a movie in New Mexico and returned to Philadelphia. Aaron and his dad went to an Eagles game, and like any other millennial he posted a picture on Instagram. Alex, hoping to spark a memory in Aaron, sent him a message. In February 2020 they went on their first date and it was love at first sight. One month later, the world shut down. Alex & Aaron quarantined together and their love blossomed. Spending time getting to know each others families, they somehow found the bright side of the pandemic. A year later they moved to New Mexico so Aaron could continue his career in the film and TV industry. Taking jobs in Montana, New Mexico and Texas, their love continued to grow as they traveled the country.
Finally, 3 years later during the Friedman’s annual vacation on Long Beach Island, Aaron proposed on the roof of their beach house to Alex’s complete surprise. She said “yes” (or rather screamed it) immediately and they were both welcomed with open arms into each others families. They are so excited to continue growing their love and are immensely excited for you all to watch them become husband and wife.
