An open bar will be provided before and after dinner. During dinner, the bar will be closed while red and white wine are served with the meal. We ask that guests enjoy responsibly.

Each guest will choose one of the following entrées:
Beef Tenderloin & Tiger Shrimp
served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich red wine jus
OR
Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon Fillet (8 oz)
served with seasonal vegetables, rice pilaf, and a lemon dill cream sauce
Tiramisu
a classic Italian dessert made with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa
Lebanese Dessert Selection
a variety of traditional Lebanese sweets, including homemade Baklava—layers of flaky pastry filled with crushed nuts and sweetened with honey syrup—and Atayef—soft stuffed pancakes filled with sweet cheese or nuts, lightly soaked in syrup
Most of these desserts are lovingly crafted by the Bride’s aunt.
