Rooms are available the night before and the night of the wedding (4/19-4/20) at the Madison Hotel. We have obtained a room block and the code Ghwed can be used to get the room block rate or you can call and mention our wedding. Once the block is full we will need to request in writing an extension to add additional rooms, so please reach out to the bride or groom ASAP if you have any trouble completing the booking due to a full block. You can also call the hotel to inquire about any issues you have with the booking process. There are also several hotels nearby that can be booked (outside of our room block) that should be within a mile of the venue.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the Conservatory of the hotel. Cocktail hour is in the “Victoria Suite” just outside and left of the conservatory exit

Complimentary Continental breakfast is offered at the hotel to guests the morning after!!
