What time should I arrive at the shuttle / bus?
Be ready at 1pm at York Luxury Suits Hotel. The buses will leave at 1:30pm sharp
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
They will both be at Forest Campestre
Will the reception and ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktails will be outdoors, and dinner and party will be indoors.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to acommodate those listed on the RSVP invite.
What is the best way to RSVP?

When is the RSVP deadline?
July 1st, 2024
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Do I have to stay at the recommended hotels?
Although recommended, you can stay at your preferred hotel or Airbnb. Please remember that the shuttle/bus will pick up guests near or at one of the recommended hotels on the Travel Tab.
